My research:  I focus on the functional role of neuronal oscillations for local computations in specialized brain areas such as the primary visual regions, as well as the dynamics of more widespread cortico-cortical interactions. For my research I employ laminar EEG-fMRI and MEG as well as deep and spiking neural networks.
