My research: I aim at using knowledge about the dynamics of a developing brain to understand its alteration in neurodevelopmental disorders, and vice-versa. I am especially interested in Autism Spectrum Disorder, as they constitute a fascinating challenge of an alternative path to typical development. The goal of my research is to better understand the development of anticipatory, predictive mechanisms and their acquisition (in the sensory, motor and social domains), in typical individuals and in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Outside the lab I love to: western horse riding, read books near a fireplace, walk in the countryside with my talkative daughter.
